Falooda Recipe

Ingredients for Falooda:

1. 2 cup milk
2. 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
3. 1 teaspoon falooda
4. 5 sliced pistachios
5. 2 sliced cherry
6. 50 gm sugar
7. 5 tablespoon rose syrup
8. 1/2 cup falooda sev
9. 5 sliced almonds

How to Make Falooda:

1. boil the milk and sugar in a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and reduce it.
2. Add 30 grams of rose syrup to the milk and mix well.
3. Once it has thickened, take it off the flame.
3. cut the jelly into cubes and set it aside.
4. place a sauce pan with water over medium flame and bring it to a boil.
5. Add falooda sev in it so that it softens.
6. now, drain the water and transfer the cooked sev in a bowl containing cold water.
7. Soak falooda seeds in water in a small bowl and allow them to bloom.
8. Place the serving glass in the freezer to chill.
9. take the chilled serving glass and pour 1 tablespoon of rose syrup in it.
10. Add 20 grams of jelly cubes,30 grams of bloomed falooda seeds.
11. layer it with 1/4 cup of falooda sev.
12. Slowly pour the chilled rose milk till 3/4 level of the glass.
13. now,drizzle some more rose syrup.
14. garnish with sliced almonds, pistachio and cherries.
