Muffins Recipe
Ingredients for making Pistachio Muffins:
1. 1/4 Cup Ghee or white butter
2. 1 1/4 Khaand (A healthier substitute of sugar)
3. 1 1/2 Ragi flour
4. 3/4 Cup Whole wheat flour
5. 2 Tbsp Corn starch
6. 1/2 tsp Salt
7. 1 1/2 tsp Cardamom (ground)
8. 2 tsp Baking powder
9. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
10. 1 Cup Buttermilk
11. 1/2 Cup Water
12. 1 Cup Dates
13. 1 Cup Pistachio
How to Make Muffin:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Take your muffin tray and grease it with butter.
3. Mix the butter and khaand in a bowl, It will give a creamy texture.
4. Add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, corn starch, ground cardamom, baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
5. Now, add the buttermilk and water to the batter.
6. Mix it well until all the ingredients are blended properly.
7. Add chopped dates and pistachios to the batter.
8. Spoon them into the muffin tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.
