Ingredients

for marination:
1. ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
2. ¾ tsp chaat masala
3. 1 tsp kasuri methi
4. ¼ tsp salt
5. 9 cubes paneer
6. for besan batter:
7. ¾ cup gram flour / besan
8. 2 tbsp rice flour
9. ¼ tsp turmeric
10. ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
11. ¼ tsp hing
12. ¼ tsp chaat masala
13. ¼ tsp salt
14. ½ cup water
15. oil for frying

How To Make Crispy Paneer Pakora

1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ½ tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp
salt.
2. combine well forming a paste.
3. Now add 9 cubes paneer and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside.
4. Prepare besan batter by taking ¾ cup besan and 2 tbsp rice flour in a mixing bowl.
also add ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp hing, ¼ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt.
5. combine all the ingredients well.
6. add in ½ cup water and whisk smooth.
7. also, add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently.

8. dip the marinated paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.
9. deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.

Paneer Pakora is ready, serve it with souce or green chtani.
